Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect plug marked CN5 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across connections 1 (blue) and 2 (brown) at the disconnected connector CN 5.
Resistance expected 750 - 780 ohms.
Ensure a good connection is made.
