Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
Ensure no demands
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
Ensure no demands

Observation:
Measure the voltage between pin 10 (grey) and pin 11 (orange) at M3 on the PCB.
Voltage should be between 0.2V and 0.5V DC.
Note:
Some or all of the pink wires on M3 may not be present depending on the exact model you are working on.
Voltage should be between 0.2V and 0.5V DC.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
