Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
Hinge down the PCB

Measurement:
Ensure all external controls are calling.
Measure for ac voltage across the two black terminals on terminal block (ME) as illustrated. (two connections left-hand side).
Expected voltage should be 0 volts.
Measure for ac voltage across the two black terminals on terminal block (ME) as illustrated. (two connections left-hand side).
Expected voltage should be 0 volts.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
