Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Flow and return valves Off
Discharge appliance primary water
Remove left-hand side manifolds, flow & return
Remove by-pass valve

Observation:

Inspect the bypass valve for contamination, damage and it's operation.
