Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance
as per TOP's P4

Remove fuse F2 from the main PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance of fuse F2.
Refit fuse after test.
