Set Appliance State:

Turn Hot Water Tap On
Isolate Mains Power to appliance
as per TOP's P4

Set the DHW stopcock to fully open

Measurement:

Does flow rate reach 11.5 litres/minute when the DHW stopcock is fully open?
Note:
Pass this test if the flow rate does not increase.
