Removing the casing:
Push to release the front door panel and lower to reveal controls. Loosen the two captive screws securing the front control panel to the lower part of the casing and lower to reveal inside of the boiler.
Remove two screws at the base of the casing, slightly lift the casing and slide it gently towards the top of the appliance to disengage the case from the top suspension hooks.
