Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Gas Off
Mode selector switch to Off/Reset position
Turn Hot Water Tap ON
Attach U-gauge to burner pressure test point
Remove protective cover from the gas valve adjustment screw
Remove protective cover from the gas valve adjustment screw
Gas On

Measurement:
Mode selector switch to DHW position. Allow fan to run and burner to ignite.
Does the U-gauge show a positive burner pressure for at least 15 seconds signifying flame proving has taken place?
Refit protective cover to the gas valve adjustment screw.
Note: When U-gauge is removed pressure nipple should be tightened & checked for gas soundness.
