Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Mode selector switch to Off/Reset position
Turn Hot Water Tap ON
Set Multimeter to AC Volts
Hot water temperature control set to maximum
To perform this test safely remove the ignition PCB from its cradle and refit in the upturned position with the terminals exposed and facing the main PCB

Measurement:
Mode selector switch to DHW position. Allow fan to run and ignition sequence to commence.
Measure the voltage across connection 4 (blue wire) and connection 5 (brown wire) on connector 1 (middle connector) on the ignition PCB.
Mains Power Off.
Refit PCB in correct position.
Note: Connections are numbered left to right with 1 being closest to the two pin connector on the left.
Measure the voltage across connection 4 (blue wire) and connection 5 (brown wire) on connector 1 (middle connector) on the ignition PCB.
Mains Power Off.
Refit PCB in correct position.
Note: Connections are numbered left to right with 1 being closest to the two pin connector on the left.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
