Set Appliance State:

Gas Off
Set Multimeter to Continuity Set meter to measure Continuity
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Measurement:

Remove Electrode and lead assy from the boiler.
Check condition and carry out a continuity test.
