Observation:
Inspect the fan bearing plate.
Ensure that it opens fully and closes without sticking, this can be proved by placing the combustion control unit upside down (bearing plate open) and then turning it the correct way up (bearing plate closed).
Note.
1. Do NOT reassemble the appliance if the
fan bearing plate is functioning correctly.
2. Always examine any seals or gaskets,
replacing where necessary.
