Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Gain access to main PCB
Undo the 2 screws and remove the fan driver PCB from the fan to expose the fan terminals

Measurement:

Test 1.
Measure the resistance across the exposed fan terminals.
Expected resistance approximately 78 ohms.
Test 2.
Measure the resistance across an exposed fan terminal
and a suitable earth connection.
Expected resistance greater than 1 Mohm.
