Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect connector X13 from the PCB

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between pin 3 (black) and pin 5 (blue).
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between pin 4 (brown) and pin 5 (blue).
Resistances should be either approx. 8.5 kOhms or
greater than 1M Ohm depending on the motor position.
