Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Temperature 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Attach temperature probe to the hot water output pipe of the boiler
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Run the hot tap for a time sufficient to allow the boiler to heat the water and reach a stable temperature.
Measure the temperature of the hot water
pipe as it leaves the boiler.
Compare this to the temperature of the water
at the hot tap.
Measure the temperature of the hot water
pipe as it leaves the boiler.
Compare this to the temperature of the water
at the hot tap.
