Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
Gain access to the 4 wire connector on the left of the PCB

Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure for mains voltage between connector 2 and connector 5, this is the voltage coming into the clock.
If mains voltage is present continue to test 2.
If mains voltage is absent select that option below.
Test 2:
Measure for mains voltage between connector 3 and connector 5, this is the voltage going out of the clock.
Measure for mains voltage between connector 2 and connector 5, this is the voltage coming into the clock.
If mains voltage is present continue to test 2.
If mains voltage is absent select that option below.
Test 2:
Measure for mains voltage between connector 3 and connector 5, this is the voltage going out of the clock.
