Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the voltage between the blue wire and the
mains neutral at the incoming terminal block.
Test 2:
Measure the voltage between the black wire and the
mains neutral at the incoming terminal block.
Mains voltage should be present on both tests.
Note:
Wire colours refer to the PCB side (left hand side) of the terminal block.
