Turn Hot Water Tap On
Use Insulation Mat as required
Gain access to PCB

Measurement:
Allow the boiler to enter its ignition sequence, measure the voltage between pins 3 (blue) and 4 (brown) on connector X14.
Mains voltage should be present for approx. 5 seconds (as the boiler reaches sparking stage of its ignition sequence), then return to 0V. This will happen 5 times before the boiler locks out.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
