Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Hinge down the electrical box and remove small PCB cover

Measurement:

Remove fuse F1 (T2A) and check the resistance across it.
