Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Voltage Set meter to measure AC Volts
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Hinge down the electrical box and remove small PCB cover
WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure the voltage across the Live (brown wire, marked PHL) and the Neutral (blue wire, marked N) on the connector J1 on the PCB.
