Observation:
Operate the boiler in CH mode and allow system to heat. Decrease the boiler temperature control setting until the burner modulates down and goes out indicating boiler temperature has been reached.
Increase temperature control setting to maximum position. There should be a delay of approximately 3 minutes before the burner re-ignites.
Note:
It may be necessary to reduce heating load by turning off some radiators to reduce time taken for this test.
