Disconnect 24V external control wiring (marked 'OT') and make safe
Link out 24V external controls with a wire link (marked 'OT')
Link out 24V external controls with a wire link (marked 'OT')

Observation:
Allow the 4 minute pump purge to complete.
With the 24V external controls bypassed does the
boiler respond to a CH demand ?

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
