Isolate the cold water supply to the appliance
Drain the hot water circuit
Drain primary circuit
To gain access to the DHW cartridge the plate heat exchanger will need to be removed

Observation:
Remove and inspect the flow regulator and filter
for debris and general condition.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
