This appliance has FOUR different methods of reset. Usually the boiler will Mains Reset, Auto Reset or reset via the User Reset button. If these fail then a Hard Reset will be required.
INFORMATION RESETTING APPLIANCE
Method 1: Mains Reset
Turn the mains power supply off,
wait 10 seconds then turn mains
power supply back on.
Method 2: Auto Reset
Remove all demands from the
appliance, wait 30 seconds, then
reapply a demand.

Reset the boiler by pressing
the / R button for approx. 1 second, you may need to press this twice as if held too long it will put the boiler into standby.

Remove the flap at the bottom of the fascia with the spanner symbol and press the button behind it for approximately 1 second.
