Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Use Insulation Mat as required
Gain access to the PCB
Gain access to the PCB

Measurement:
Allow the boiler to enter its ignition sequence.
During the sparking phase of the sequence, measure the voltage across pins 5 (green) and 6 (black) of the X14 connector on the PCB.
Expect mains voltage.
During the sparking phase of the sequence, measure the voltage across pins 5 (green) and 6 (black) of the X14 connector on the PCB.
Expect mains voltage.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
