Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Drain the boilers heating circuit

Observation:

Remove and examine the bypass cartridge.
This is located below the pressure sensor.
Ensure it is clean and the spring loaded valve moves freely and closes fully.
