Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Measure the voltage from pin 5 at connector
X13 to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be approximately 4.8V DC.
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Again measure the voltage from pin 5 at
connector X13 to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should now be approximately 0V DC.
Note:
This test can be carried out while appliance is doing self check.
