Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Disconnect plug from flow thermistor
Disconnect plug from flow thermistor

Measurement:
With the flow sensor disconnected the
appliance will immediately enter lockout.
This should make the appliance
run the pump constantly.
Measure the voltage between the brown
and blue wires at connector X4 on the PCB.
Mains voltage should be present.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
