Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove connector X13 from the PCB

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between the Blue and Brown wires at the disconnected connector.
Expect approximately 11.4 kOhms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the Brown wire at the disconnected connector and Earth.
Expect Resistance Open circuit
Test 3:
Measure the resistance between the Blue wire at the disconnected connector and Earth
Expected Resistance Open Circuit
