Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Measure the DC volts at the Brown wire on the PCB connector X23 to the neutral at the incoming mains terminal strip with the connector attached to the PCB.
Voltage should be approx 24vdc.
Voltage should be approx 24vdc.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
