RESISTANCE HEAT EX OVERHEAT SENSOR

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Set Multimeter to Resistance

Disconnect the wiring from the flue overheat stat
Note:
It may be necessary to remove the flue stat which is a bayonet fitting.

Measure resistance across the terminals of the flue overheat thermostat

Resistances vary with temperature and should conform approximately to the table below:
