Turn Hot Water Tap On
Measure temp across cold mains inlet and DHW outlet using Performance Tester temp probes, as close to the secondary heat exchanger as possible

Observation:
Allow boiler to ignite and run on DHW.
Is the temperature rise approximately per the table?
