Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove moulded plug from overheat thermostat

Measurement:

Measure resistance across exposed terminals.
(Resistance should be closed circuit.)
