At the start of the XSol model both jumpers had to be removed which means the ignition fan speed is set to "normal" which is 2800rpm.
If the appliance initially had only a red jumper fitted it may be that the blue one had been removed previously to lower the ignition fan speed due to poor ignition.
If this was the case refit the red jumper and then click here to carry out the observation burner ignites test again - this will have also reactivated the intelligent preheat.
