Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Slide back the rubber cover from the EMC filter terminals
Remove the connectors from the EMC filter terminals and make safe
Remove the connectors from the EMC filter terminals and make safe

Measurement:
Measure the AC voltage between the 2 upper terminals of the EMC filter.
Expect mains voltage.
Is the voltage measured as expected?
Expect mains voltage.
Is the voltage measured as expected?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
