Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Remove the 6 wire connector from the PCB and make safe
Lower fan and position safely
Remove the 6 wire connector from the PCB and make safe
Lower fan and position safely

Observation:
Approximately 10 seconds after boiler registers demand the impellor should try to rotate (move backwards and forwards for approx. 1-2 seconds), this movement will happen once only.
Notes:
It may take several attempts at this test to confirm this movement does or does not take place, (reset appliance after approx. 20 seconds to restart test).
Appliance may enter/be in lockout during test, reset appliance as required to complete the test.
Before reassembly check the integrity of all disturbed gaskets and seals and replace as necessary also all disturbed joints should be checked for gas tightness.
