DHW Demand
Remove the HT lead from the electrode and trap it against the top of the heat exchanger as shown.
Ensure the plug is no more than 2mm - 3mm away from the fan bracket
Ensure the plug is no more than 2mm - 3mm away from the fan bracket

STAND CLEAR OF THE BOILER
With the boiler attempting its ignition sequence,
observe the end of the plug.
Is a strong, consistent spark generated?

and refit as necessary
