Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
DHW Demand
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
With the hot water tap on measure the DC voltage
between pins 10 and 14 at X2 on the PCB.
Keep plug attached to PCB.
Voltage should be approximately 2.4V DC.
Note:
Colour of wires may change but test points remain the same.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
