Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove diverter valve head from valve body
Note:
Removal of pressure switch connector will aid in removal of head

Observation:
With the diverter valve head removed manipulate the exposed spindle on the diverter valve body.
Spindle should move freely and be able to pushed in up to approx 15-20mm before engaging the valve. From this point when pressed firmly the spindle should move a further 5-10mm to the CH position before springing back out to rest in the DHW Position.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
