Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove rear control panel cover to expose main PCB
Remove pump connector marked H1 on the main PCB
Remove rear control panel cover to expose main PCB
Remove pump connector marked H1 on the main PCB
Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the resistance across the live (brown lead) and neutral (blue lead) connection on the connector marked H1 on the main PCB.
Expected Resistance Approx 160 Ohms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance across the live (brown lead) and suitable Earth
Expected resistance O.L or greater than 1MOhm
Measure the resistance across the live (brown lead) and neutral (blue lead) connection on the connector marked H1 on the main PCB.
Expected Resistance Approx 160 Ohms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance across the live (brown lead) and suitable Earth
Expected resistance O.L or greater than 1MOhm
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
