Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain access to PCB
Use insulation mat as required
Gain access to PCB
Use insulation mat as required

Measurement:
Ensure NO demands from external controls
Test 1:
Measure between the test pin for the red wire at J15 connector on the PCB and a suitable earth point.
Test 2:
Measure between the test pin for the green wire at J15 connector on the PCB and a suitable earth point.
Expected voltage above 28V DC on BOTH tests.
Test 1:
Measure between the test pin for the red wire at J15 connector on the PCB and a suitable earth point.
Test 2:
Measure between the test pin for the green wire at J15 connector on the PCB and a suitable earth point.
Expected voltage above 28V DC on BOTH tests.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
