Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove connector J1 from PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across the black (11 & 12) wires of the connector.
Expected Reading Continuity (zero resistance).
