Set Appliance State:
Mains Reset Switch OFF
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Ensure the boiler is cool so that there is demand for preheat
Set DHW temperature selector to ECO
Remove control box rear cover to expose main PCB
Ensure the boiler is cool so that there is demand for preheat
Set DHW temperature selector to ECO
Remove control box rear cover to expose main PCB

Measurement:
Mains reset switch On.
Allow pump to run and fan to start.
Approximately 20 seconds after the pump starts measure voltage across
connection 1 (brown lead) and connection 4 (blue wire) on connector H2
on the main PCB ( ignition attempt 1). Expected voltage greater than 70 volts DC.
There will be three ignition attempts, the second 7 seconds after the first, the third 30 seconds after the second.
Mains power Off.
Note:
The voltage will be greater than 70 volts DC for approximately 3 seconds while power is thrown to the spark generator. Expected voltages outside the ignition attempts is 20 to 50 volts DC.

and refit as necessary
