Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove fuse F2 from its holder in the
fan DC supply control unit

Measurement:

Measure resistance across fuse.
Refit fuse after test.
