Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to DC Volts Set meter to measure DC Volts
Disconnect plug marked X8 from the PCB
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure voltage across pins 9 and 11 on the PCB.
Expected voltage 5-13 volts DC
