Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove diverter valve head
Remove diverter valve head

Measurement:
Ensure there is a demand for thermal store to be heated.
Place positive probe on connection 2 (blue wire) and negative probe on connection 3 (red and white wire) at connector on the diverter valve head and measure voltage.
Expected voltage approximately 28 Volts AC
Place positive probe on connection 2 (blue wire) and negative probe on connection 3 (red and white wire) at connector on the diverter valve head and measure voltage.
Expected voltage approximately 28 Volts AC
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
