Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Ensure there is a demand to heat the thermal store - this can be achieved by running the DHW with power turned off to the appliance
Remove terminal cover from pump.
Ensure there is a demand to heat the thermal store - this can be achieved by running the DHW with power turned off to the appliance
Remove terminal cover from pump.

Measurement:
Reset lockout if necessary.
Measure voltage across the live and neutral connection on the pump.
Mains Power Off.
Replace pump terminal cover.
Measure voltage across the live and neutral connection on the pump.
Mains Power Off.
Replace pump terminal cover.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
