Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove wires from fan assembly

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between the two terminals of the fan assembly.
Expect a resistance of approximately 51 ohms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between one of the fan terminals to earth.
Expect a resistance of 1 MOhm or greater.
Are the resistances measured as expected?
