Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove connector X4 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across connection 3 (black wire) and connection 5 (grey wire) at connector X4.
Ensure test is carried out at disconnected connector X4.
