Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Voltage 
ON/OFF Switch ON

Measurement:
Measure voltage at brown wire on connector X3 and the neutral on the main terminal block.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
