Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Ensure NO demands are present
Remove connector from diverter valve motor and make safe
Ensure NO demands are present
Remove connector from diverter valve motor and make safe

Measurement:
Monitor the DC voltage between each of the pins in the table below on connector X2 and earth (use the copper pipe to the gas valve as earth) immediately after resetting the appliance. (press and hold reset button for 4 seconds then release)
There should be a fluctuating DC voltage measured for a few seconds as listed below:
